After horrible catastrophe America has become a scorched desert. In the endless roads, swarmed by gangs, warring among themselves for water and food, wanders wise Eli. Once he arrives in the dark region, where once was a beautifull California, and now it is hell, where rulles the ravaging tyrant Carnegie. As the fates decree Eli meets his stepdaughter Carnegie, beautiful Solara, from which he learns, that her stepfather is developing a terrible plan to seize power throughout the earth.
Eli has to save the remnants of humanity from destruction and to protect the girl, with which he fallen in love. The key to the secret power of the tyrant Carnegie – in a secret book, for which goes in search a brave Eli, armed with a samurai sword.
