Trailer for Rick Famuyiwa’s Our Family Wedding

Our Family Wedding is an upcoming 2010 comedy, directed by Rick Famuyiwa (Brown Sugar, The Wood). The screenplay was co-written by Wayne Conley, Malcolm Spellman and Rick Famuyiwa. The film cast includes Taye Diggs (Brad’s friend), Forest Whitaker (Bradford Boyd), America Ferrera (Lucia Ramirez), Regina King (Angela), Fred Armisen (Philip Gusto), Charles Q. Murphy (Brad’s friend).

Described as a clash-of-cultures comedy, the story centers on two overbearing fathers (Whitaker, Mencia) who must put aside their differences to plan the wedding of their son and daughter (Ferrera) in less than two weeks.
