The plot of Kick-Ass concerns a lonely teenage boy, Dave Lizewski (Aaron Johnson), who decides to become a real-life superhero after being inspired by the heroes of comic-books. He soon encounters a mysterious vigilante called Big-Daddy (Nicolas Cage), and his daughter Hit Girl (Chloë Moretz), who are working to bring down the drug baron, Frank D’Amico.

    I to am a big fan of the comic, but the whole cast and crew seem to be so pumped and enthusiastic that I think it will really reflect that in the final product.

    Hit Girl does not look like a 10 years old, Big Daddy’s costume is not the same as the comic, Red Mist looks so young, the Kick Ass’ costume is not the same either but I hope the movie will be loyal to the comic and I’m expecting a lot of blood, that is esscencial.

    Hollywood needs to really stop running good comics. Kick-ass isn’t supposed to be comedic, the actor’s don’t look serious enough. I mean come on, Mclovin’?

    They made it look like Fucking superbad! The scene right after the guy falls into the taxi? Kick-ass gets his balls electrocuted. No Joke. But people are gonna think it’s some funny teenage joke bullshit movie now!
